Performance Managed Construction, Inc. (PMC) is a site development corporation started in 2005 by Kenny Blackwelder.  Our highly qualified and experienced management team has a combined seventy-five years of experience in the construction industry.  We provide turn-key site development packages including, but not limited to, grading, paving, storm drain and erosion control.  PMC prides itself on building long-term relationships with our clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.  These relationships have ensured the continued success or our company.  We are an approved contractor with NCDOT, are fully licensed, insured and bondable.  Our mission statement is to apply principles of integrity to every aspect of administration and operations.  We are committed to doing the right, responsible thing.  PMC’s quality-driven, high performance, and managed-schedule approach allows us the opportunity to do what we say we will do – when we say we will do it.
